We encourage you to confirm the starting time with your teacher before each class.. However, if you are still late, we will consider the start of your class from the time you previously agreed with your teacher. 

My teacher and I had already agreed on the class schedule in advance but now my plans have changed. Can I change the schedule?

Of course yes. You can cancel or change the individual lesson schedule at any time up to 24 hours before the beginning each class. 

I don't like my teacher, can I ask request a different one?

Yes of course! All of our teachers are qualified, but if for any reason the teacher we assigned to you does not convince you, you can write or call us and we will offer you a new teacher based on your requirements and preferences. 

Do you have teachers with different accents?Can I choose which teacher I would like to study with?

Our team is comprised of teachers with different accents, and, of course, you can always choose a teacher with a specific accent. 

I bought a course, but now I have changed my mind.Can I cancel the package and get my money back?

Of course, whether you have started your course or not, you can quit at any time. If you have not started, we will refund the full amount of the course. If you have already started, we will discount the classes you have already taken. You can also transfer your classes to family, colleagues or friends without having to cancel. 

I have bought a package of 10 or 30 hours of private classes, can I choose the duration of the classes myself?

Yes, taking into account that the minimum duration of each class will be 30 minutes. 

How can I pay for the classes?

You can pay for your classes by card, bank transfer or PayPal. 

I don't know if it is better for me to choose group or individual lessons and I don't know how often I should take classes. Can you help me decide?

How long does it take to learn a language?

It is impossible to give a concrete answer to this question, as it depends on many factors. It is important to define what it means to learn a language; If we are talking about an intermediate level, with which you will be able to speak and understand most of the daily topics without using a dictionary and feeling safe in a Spanish-speaking environment, it will take you 2 to 3 academic years.
