THE LOCATION

Stay in a Historic Masia in the Heart of Penedès

Immerse yourself in a unique Spanish retreat surrounded by vineyards and peach orchards. Our getaway takes place in two charming country houses (masías) just 45 km from Barcelona.

The Main House features 10 double rooms, including two suites, one of which has a private terrace. This house is located right across from a picturesque church; with roots dating back to the 12th century, it was rebuilt in 1714 and recently renovated. The Second House is located nearby and offers a cozy stay with five bedrooms and three bathrooms, perfect for a comfortable group experience.

Gastronomy & Full Board

During your stay, we provide full board to ensure you can focus entirely on your language immersion. Our menus are balanced, healthy, and feature fresh local products from the Penedès region. On Day 1, we provide an afternoon snack and dinner; on Day 2, you will enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks; and on Day 3, we serve breakfast and lunch.

Personalized Care: During our introductory call, we will discuss your dietary preferences and allergies to ensure the best possible culinary experience. We are committed to making sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

THE CLASSES

Two groups tailored to your level

Group A (Advanced A1 and A2 Levels)

Focused on practical techniques to improve speaking skills, giving each participant significant attention thanks to the small group size. The goal is to create a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable environment.

Group B (Levels B1 and B2.1)

Designed to enhance spoken communication, teaching practical tools for expressing opinions and participating in discussions, while also expanding vocabulary and refining grammar.

Our methodology

We focus on a positive learning experience, reviewing stages and techniques to optimize the learning process and knowledge acquisition. Exercises will be conducted to improve memory, and we will adjust expectations according to the different stages of learning. We will practice in various real-life situations to enhance the use of the language in practical contexts. Our space is specially designed to help you step out of your social bubble and engage in diverse scenarios, allowing you to make a significant leap in your Spanish practice.

BEYOND THE CLASSROOM

Nature & Well-being

Our goal is to provide you not only with a space to practice Spanish but also to help you disconnect from daily stress. Your mental and physical well-being will directly influence the learning process.

We will offer morning activities such as countryside walks, meditation, and, if you're up for it, an Ice Bath experience. One of the highlight activities includes interacting with horses, which will positively contribute to your balance and well-being. We’ll enjoy an evening of music, singing, and enjoying the best Spanish songs, accompanied by a good wine or another beverage of your choice.

    • Cancellations more than one month in advance: 100% of the deposit is refunded.

    • Cancellations between 4 and 2 weeks before the getaway: 50% of the deposit is refunded.

    • Cancellations within 2 weeks before the getaway: no deposit refund.

  • Yes, we will have a call with each participant before the getaway. This will allow us to get to know you better, assess your level of Spanish, gather information about your dietary intolerances, or allergies and answer all your questions.

  • If you have phobias or other reasons for not participating in certain activities, please inform us during the pre-call or via email. If possible, we will try to offer alternatives and adjust the reservations accordingly.

  • No, all alternative activities provided for those with phobias or restrictions (if possible) are included in the total course cost.

  • No, it is not necessary to bring study materials, as everything you need will be provided during the course.

  • The activities include intensive language classes, cultural workshops, local excursions, and recreational activities. These are designed to improve your language skills and cultural knowledge.

  • We will stay in a traditional coutryside house (Masia), with options for single or shared rooms according to your preference.

  • We will collect this information during the pre-call and ensure that all meals are suitable for your dietary needs.

  • We recommend informing us as soon as possible if your plans change. While we cannot provide refunds for parts of the course not attended, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Transportation to the getaway location is not included in the course cost. However, we will provide information on transport options and possible shared arrangements among participants. There is a train station near the getaway location where we can pick you up.

  • No, due to personal data protection, we can't send the information of other participants, whom you will meet at the destination.
